Hi! I’m Dee Green

Wife, momma bear of 2 awesome sauce kids and 1 spoiled Poodle. I’m a 3X biz owner with the hairline to prove it! In my previous life, I was fortunate enough for 22 years to serve along-side some of the world’s finest Soldiers.

The family and I were always on the go and staying active with non-negotiable exercise every morning made fitness a little more bearable and predictable. With childbirth, child rearing, career progression, and aging, finding that work-life balance got a lot harder. And with those stressors came emotional eating.

Up until 2014, I wasn’t the best at eating foods that will help me heal and feel better. It was more of eating in moderation (junk food) and running it off later that week. It wasn’t until I learned that 1. clean eating does actually taste good and 2. It becomes a maintainable lifestyle once you’ve committed to the process. Once I committed to eating clean and working out on a consistent basis, I lost 12 lbs. For me, that was a huge accomplishment. Aside from the weight loss, sticking with a fitness and nutritional plan was unheard of, but seeing my abs after 2 kids were well worth it.

 

I’m enjoying being in a better place with my body and mindset about health and fitness.

Sharing my story with other busy professional women and moms alike I’ve found more commonality than not. We all struggle while on our fitness journey and having an awesome support system in place makes things a little bit easier. I’ve known nothing but teamwork and goal achieving my entire life and I’m inviting you to drop kick that self-doubt and join me.
